Noetix Support Services:

  • Noetix Product Support is provided by highly qualified technical support engineers skilled with the experience and resources to quickly resolve system issues.
  • Software Download Center provides 24/7 Web-access to the latest software releases including compatibility updates, functionality improvements, documentation updates and product fixes.
  • Online Knowledge Base allows you to find solutions to customer-reported product issues, accessing patches or documented workarounds quickly to resolve system issues.
  • Noetix Administrator Assistance is provided to those trained professionals in the routine operation and maintenance of their Noetix environment.
  • Customer Service includes processing requests for enhancements to Noetix software, responding to additional product needs or customization requirements, or assistance in arranging training or other services.

How Support Works

  • Step 1

    Self-help through the Magnitude Software Support Community

  • Step 2

    If issue still unresolved, Noetix Administrator engages a Magnitude Software Support Engineer by way of the Community.

  • Step 3

    If issue still unresolved, more detailed information is sent to Magnitude Software Support (i.e. Screen shots, error messages, steps to reproduce problem, etc.)

  • Step 4

    When online resolution fails, issue is escalated to a senior Support Engineer who may conduct remote web-session diagnostics.

  • Step 5

    If issue not immediately resolvable, Magnitude Software Support escalates to Noetix Engineering for response and resolution.
